| Why
is Hernandez College Consulting the right company to help
my child get into an Ivy League School? |
There are five key reasons:
- I have the highest success rate of any college
admissions consultant in the country. Last year 100%
of my clients were accepted to the Ivy League Schools
or top colleges like Stanford and Middlebury.
- I work directly with my clients rather than subcontracting
out to editors.
- All of my packages offer a “premium”
level of service which means that students and parents
get unlimited contact time in every package
purchased.
- My family-friendly and nurturing approach guides
families through a difficult process with minimal
stress.
- I have first-hand admissions experience as Assistant
Director of Admissions at Dartmouth College (1992-97)
where I read over 10,000 applications.

| How
early should I begin with an independent college counselor
or admissions counselor? |
It’s almost never too early to begin. Well, of
course, kindergarten is too early, but I find that if
you start thinking ahead to college in 8th or 9th grade,
your chances for success are much higher. There is so
much to cover that it can be detrimental to wait until
junior or senior year. In fact, the past several years
my junior and senior packages have filled up completely
and often have waiting lists, so I recommend trying to
start in 8th, 9th or 10th grade whenever possible.

| Will the admission teams
be able to tell that my child is receiving admissions
assistance? |
| I work behind the scenes so that no one except you and
your family will be aware that anyone assisted you in
the application process. High school counselors sometimes
take offense when families use outside assistance. |
